How does setup work?
By email. You fill out a short setup form; we email you a summary of your rules to approve. Then we start replying to your web-form and email leads.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

Will customers know it's automated?

What if a lead isn't a fit, or someone wants a person?
Out-of-area or non-roofing leads get a polite reply and are passed to you, not booked. If someone is upset or asks for a person, it apologizes and hands the lead to you right away.
